Government Alerts are supported when using a SIM card from a supported carrier. The new All and Missed views let you see all your alerts or just those you havent addressed in the last 24 hours. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
Swipe right while on Today view to see the All view. When you get a Government Alert your device will vibrate make an alarm sound and a message will pop up on the screen. Scroll straight down to the bottom past all your other apps until you get to the section labeled Government Alerts. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
