Wrong Username/password Or The Session Is Expired. It wont say Microsoft account on it but look for the account that has the same user name. After they update their password users will return to a functional state.
Only happens when entering the correct password on any local user account. They will be offered the opportunity to reset it or may ask an admin to reset it via Reset a users password using Azure Active Directory. Check whether CAPS LOCK is enabled or not this could ruin every password you typed.
